Spokane Tribal Network + Vexing Media
Indigenous Birth Justice Program
The Spokane Tribal Network (STN) is committed to expanding access to culturally responsive and equitable birth justice facilities and programming for Indigenous communities. Vexing Media is proud to partner with STN on the Indigenous Birth Justice Commerce Planning & Predesign Project.
Project Overview
Funded through a grant from the Washington Department of Commerce, this initiative aims to identify and prepare a central Spokane location for a dedicated Indigenous Birth Justice (IBJ) Center. This facility will provide essential services and support, tailored specifically to the needs and experiences of Indigenous families.
Community Engagement Sessions
Your input is essential to shaping this important community resource. Vexing Media is facilitating three community engagement sessions designed to gather insights directly from Spokane Tribe members and other Indigenous community participants. These sessions will help determine the ideal location, size, and programming priorities for the new IBJ facility.
