We’ve created these website maintenance packages with your needs in mind, offering the right balance of proactive upkeep and hands-on assistance. Tier 1: $149/month
- Daily off-site backups of files and database (one free restoration from backup per contract year)
- Uptime monitoring to ensure your website is up and running
- WordPress updates (core files, free plugins/themes, free updates for licensed plugins/themes)
- Exploratory issues found hindering your website's effectiveness may incur an additional charge for correction.
- 1 Basic update per month (choose one: page content, image, menu change, header/footer element, contact form recipient(s))
- Broken link scanning report (Monthly)
- Security screening report (Monthly)
- Basic website analytics report (Monthly)
- Response time will be 72 business hours to confirm new work
- One Monthly 30 minute meeting (virtual) and all other digital communication included
- Requires 6 month minimum contract
Tier 2: $299/month
- Everything in Tier 1 (except content updates)
- Broken link scanning with repair/removal
- Quarterly SEO scanning/report
- Add one new page (simple layout or use existing layout)
- Basic content updates (page content (2 pages per month)/images (2 images), menu items, header/footer elements, or add/remove products up to 2 new products per month)
- Response time will be 48 business hours to confirm new work
- One Monthly 30 minute meeting (virtual) and all other digital communication included
- Requires 6 month minimum contract
Tier 3: $599/month
- Everything in Tiers 1 & 2 (except content updates)
- Monthly SEO scanning/report with recommendations on how to improve
- Website content updates: Add/remove products (up to 10 new products), or content updates (page content (10 pages per month)/images (10 images), menu items, header/footer elements), or up to 5 new pages of content (simple layout or use existing layout)
- Priority turnaround (get moved to the front of the line)
- Response time will be 24 business hours to confirm new work
- One Monthly 30 minute meeting (virtual) and all other digital communication included
- Requires 6 month minimum contract
