The Washington Department of Commerce wants to ensure that the nonprofit organizations who are not ready for that level of grant receive technical assistance to prepare for next year’s grant application.

Vexing Media and Spo-ka’nay Enterprises are tasked with setting up a plan for providing technical assistance and conducting 3 webinars on readiness topics.

One-on-one technical assistance consultations

One-on-one technical assistance consultations provide 1 hour to discuss any issues or concerns about nonprofit organizational management and/or being ready for writing a grant application or a proposal. All consultations will be virtual through Zoom. If you are unable to access Zoom or any other virtual platform, go ahead and sign up for a meeting time, then send me an email and we can talk over the phone to find a solution. Currently, please only sign up for one consultation.

Webinar series

We are providing a three-webinar series on nonprofit organization management basics. Please save-the-dates and look for the upcoming emails announcing registration for them. Each webinar is scheduled for 1 hour of presentation, and 30 minutes of Questions and Discussion.

Vexing Media, in partnership with Spo-ka’nay Enterprises, has received a contract with the Washington Department of Commerce to engage a wide range of communities for their input on the types of facilities that “the community wants to build, maintain, or remodel that includes both housing and non-housing facilities” (Commerce).
