Tier 0: Just the Basics — $50/month
For businesses that just need their site backed up and kept up to date. We handle daily backups and keep WordPress core, plugins, and themes current so nothing breaks quietly.

Tier 1: Essential Maintenance — $149/month
For businesses that need their site kept secure and running smoothly without frequent content changes. This plan covers the technical essentials so nothing falls through the cracks.

- Daily off-site backups of files and database
- One free restoration from backup per contract year
- Uptime monitoring to ensure your site is accessible
- WordPress updates: core files, plugins, and themes (free and licensed)
- Up to 1 hour of content updates per month (page edits, blog posts, staff bios, event listings, or similar tasks using client-provided content)
- Monthly security screening report
- Access to a realtime website analytics report
- Quarterly 30-minute virtual check-in
- 3 business-day response time for new requests
- 3-month minimum commitment
Tier 2: Active Management — $349/month
For businesses that need regular content updates and faster turnaround. Everything in Tier 1, plus expanded content support, proactive link maintenance, and a monthly check-in to keep things on track.
Everything in Tier 1, plus:
- Monthly broken link scanning report
- Up to 5 hours of content updates per month (page edits, blog posts, staff bios, event listings, portfolio items, FAQs, testimonials, or similar tasks using client-provided content)
- Add one new page using an existing page template with client-provided content
- Monthly 30-minute virtual check-in (upgraded from quarterly)
- 2 business-day response time for new requests
- 3-month minimum commitment
Tier 3: Full-Service Management — $649/month
For businesses with active websites that need frequent updates, strategic guidance, and priority service. Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus significantly more content capacity and a quarterly strategy review.
Everything in Tiers 1 & 2, plus:
- Up to 10 hours of content updates per month (same scope as Tier 2, with higher volume)
- Create up to 5 new pages using existing page templates with client-provided content
- Quarterly strategy review: a focused session to assess site performance, discuss goals, and plan upcoming changes (replaces one monthly check-in per quarter)
- Monthly broken link scanning report and repair up to 25 broken links
- Priority turnaround
- Next business-day response time for new requests
- 3-month minimum commitment
Exceeding Your Plan
If you need more updates than your plan includes in a given month, we're happy to accommodate. Additional work beyond your plan's monthly allotment is billed at $80/hour in 15-minute increments, discounted from our standard rate of $90/hour. We'll always confirm with you before starting any overage work. If you're consistently exceeding your plan, that's a good signal it may be time to move to the next tier.
Annual Prepay Discount
All plans are available with a 10% discount when paid annually in advance. This gives you predictable budgeting and a meaningful savings over monthly billing:

Important Notes
What's Not Included
All plans cover routine maintenance and content updates as described above. The following are considered new work and are quoted separately. This list is not exhaustive.
- Graphic design work (rebranding, logo updates, or design changes after initial approval)
- New page layouts, structural redesign, or custom templates
- Copywriting, content strategy, or content reorganization
- Custom code updates, plugin development, or feature additions
- Third-party integrations or API work
New Page Creation
New pages included in Tiers 2 and 3 are built using an existing page template on your site and populated with content you provide. If a new page requires a custom layout, design work, or copywriting, it falls under new work and will be quoted separately.
Exploratory Issues
During routine maintenance, we may identify issues affecting your site's performance, security, or functionality that fall outside the scope of your plan. When that happens, we'll document what we found, explain the impact, and provide a quote before any additional work begins. You're never on the hook for work you didn't approve.
Multiple Websites
Each plan applies to a single WordPress website. If you operate multiple sites, contact us to set up a bundled plan; we offer a discount for clients managing two or more sites through us.

Plans renew month-to-month after the initial commitment unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
