One-on-One Technical Assistance Available for Nonprofits and Community-Based Organizations
The Opportunity for One-on-One Technical Assistance Closes March 14th
The Washington Department of Commerce has partnered with Vexing Media and Spo-ka’nay Enterprises to offer individualized technical assistance to nonprofits and community-based organizations seeking to strengthen their operational capacity and enhance their preparedness for grant opportunities. This initiative addresses the crucial need for organizations that may not yet meet certain grant requirements, helping them get ready for future funding cycles.
Under the guidance of the Washington Department of Commerce, Vexing Media and Spo-ka’nay Enterprises are gathering input on the types of facilities communities wish to build, maintain, or remodel—including both housing and non-housing projects—to ensure resources and support are designed to meet local needs.

Reminder: The next two webinars are coming up:
- Personalized Support: Each consultation provides one hour of direct discussion on organizational management needs and strategies for successful grant application or proposal writing.
- Virtual Format: Sessions will take place via Zoom. If Zoom is inaccessible, alternative arrangements—such as phone consultations—can be made.
- Limited Availability: Participants are encouraged to sign up for only one consultation to accommodate as many organizations as possible before the March 14 deadline.
Nonprofits, small businesses, and community-based organizations are invited to register for these one-on-one consultations. The program is available until March 14, and space is limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
